Silver Rings and Bands

Silver Rings and Bands are quickly becoming a major focus for Durango Silver Company! In the spring of 2012 we decided we would put a good selection of Silver Rings and Bands together for our customers, our designs were immediately accepted by our clientele and we have been asked by many to keep producing more styles. As a result we will be adding a lot of Silver Rings and Bands to the Silver Jewelry collection we offer our customers online as well as in our Silver Gallery which has been located here in Durango Colorado since 1976.

Below are some examples of the type of Silver Rings and Bands we produce and/or handle. All of our Silver Rings and Bands are high quality and are artisan created works of art from the American Southwest.

The Silver Ring above was Native American handmade and inlaid with Jasper, Mediterranean Coral and Black Jade. This is a gentleman's Ring that is handsome, sleek and a Silver Ring Band type that most men love.

Silver Rings and Bands from Durango Silver Company

Above are two great examples of Silver Rings and Bands. The first of the silver rings and bands was created by John Hartman of Durango Silver Company and the second was created by Studio GL.

The Silver Ring Band to the left is called a boxwork overlay, it is made by cutting out and overlaying layers of Silver on top of a band of Silver. The rectangle cutaways are done once the overlays are welded onto the band. This Silver Ring band is very dynamic in person and most everyone who has got one from us has contacted us to tell us how much they enjoy this piece.

The Silver Ring Band on the right was also created by Studio GL. This example of silver rings and bands is inlaid with orange Spiny Oyster Shell and Australian Opal. This is a very contemporary silver ring band for men or women.

Both of these Silver Rings and Bands are currently available from Durango Silver Company. We make and carry these bands on a regular basis. The silver rings and bands by John Hartman can sometimes take up to a week to make if they are out of stock. These Silver Rings and Bands from Durango Silver Company are only available from our Store or our online Silver Gallery.

Bisbee Turquoise Silver Rings and Bands

Bisbee Turquoise has become very scarce because it has not been mined since the mid 1970's. There are very few Jewelers that have this type of Turquoise so Bisbee Turquoise Silver Rings and Bands are hard to find. Durango Silver Company has one of the largest remaining collections of Bisbee Turquoise and we do make it into Gold and Silver Rings and Bands.

To the left is a Bisbee Turquoise Ring in Sterling Silver which was created by John Hartman and the Bisbee Turquoise gemstone was inlaid by Dillon Hartman.. This Bisbee Turquoise Silver Ring would great as a men’s ring or a women’s ring. The focus of this ring is an oval Bisbee Blue Turquoise cabochon from Bisbee, Arizona USA. The cabochon is bezel set and surrounded by a cable design, which is then surrounded by saw work and raindrop designs. This is all set a top a heavy Silver Band.

To the right is a fabulously crafted Victorian style Silver Bisbee Turquoise Ring by John Hartman of Durango Silver Company. This is a dynamic double stone Silver Ring that features Bisbee Turquoise and Sugilite together in a fancy ladies evening Ring. John makes Bisbee Turquoise Silver Rings and Bands of this caliber from time to time, he can mix other types of gemstones along with the Bisbee and he makes big fancy gold Bisbee Turquoise Rings as well by special order.

Above and to the left is a Silver Ring Band produced by Durango Silver Company, the design was created by John Hartman. This is another overlay band, the geometric pattern design goes all the way around this Ring making it a nice Silver Wedding Ring for either men or women. This stair-step design is very attractive in person and if you are one who likes Hopi style of overlay work this may be the Silver Band for you, as it is quite unique.

To the right is a Southwest Rock Art Pictorial Ring Band. This is a wide Silver Ring Band that was made by pounding the Silver into a sandstone rock to create the texture and then the rock art designs were overlayed onto the Ring Band. This band has the circle of life, a bighorn sheep and more rock art designs. We produce several styles of Silver Rings and Bands that have rock art designs and we can make custom designed Rock Art Ring Bands to fit any need.

Quality Silver Rings and Bands produced by Durango Silver Company are unusual from any others that you will find in the marketplace and they are only sold directly from our company so you will not see many, if any wearing your ring. Above are two Silver Rings and Bands produced by Durango Silver Company. To the left is a White Buffalo Turquoise Ring by Dillon and John Hartman. This Silver Band Ring has a White Turquoise Gemstone in a simplistic and sleek designed Saddle style Band created by John Hartman, this is one of the most comfortable Band Rings you will ever wear. Dillon Hartman inlaid this Ring with White Buffalo Turquoise which really sets this design off nicely. Men love this style of Silver Band Ring from Durango Silver Company as they are sleek and comfortable to wear. To the right is a Sterling silver, Gold Nugget and Italian Red Coral Ring by John Hartman. This stunning Band Ring focuses on a Mediterranean Coral Gem from Italy. This gorgeous piece of Coral is set in a 14k gold bezel and sits atop a heavy sterling silver band which is inlaid with natural gold nuggets from Silverton, Colorado USA. Silver Rings and Bands such as this are very uncommon and seldom scene available, we offer them to our customers on a regular basis.

Above and to the left is a Native American handmade Manassa Turquoise silver Ring by Navajo artist Derrick Gordon. This Silver Band Ring could be a mens or a women's Turquoise Ring. This Manassa Turquoise Silver Ring features some great stamp work, which Derrick is well known for. The beautiful green Manassa Turquoise cabochon is bezel set and surrounded by a classic cable design. This American Turquoise Ring would be a great addition to any Silver Jewelry or Turquoise Jewelry collection.

To the right is a Native American inlaid Silver Ring Band made with Tibetan Turquoise. We like working with authentic Tibetan Turquoise and are always on the hunt for unique quality Tibetan Turquoise for our Silver Jewelry. This Navajo handmade Ring Band features Tibetan Turquoise accented with Opal and Black Jade. We handle many different styles of Silver Rings and Bands that are inlaid by both Navajo and Zuni artisans from the Southwestern regions of the United States.
