Spiderweb Timberline Turquoise Buckle by Richard Begay A knockout! Get your hands on a wonderful handmade and inlaid Sterling Silver and Blue Turquoise Buckle by a top level American Indian Jewelry artist Richard Begay. Richard Begay did a wonderful job inlaying this western belt buckle. The overlay and saw work on this beautiful handmade Sterling Silver and Timberline Turquoise Buckle is really beautiful. This western belt buckle features an oval shaped center stone of natural Timberline Turquoise from Nevada, USA. This type of Turquoise is rare and the mine was closed long ago. The American Turquoise cabochon is simply bezel set on top of the heavy gauge sterling silver buckle. The stone is then surrounded by stamp work designs. The rest of the Spiderweb Timberline Turquoise Buckle features intricate overlay patterns with a background texture similar to sandstone. To each horizontal side of the blue Nevada Turquoise cabochon three of the overlay patterns have been inlaid with Arizona Turquoise from the Kingman mine. The western buckle will fit a 1 1/2 to 1 ¾ inch wide belt. A fine example of modern day Turquoise Jewelry, this natural Timberline Turquoise belt buckle features the Native American Jewelry hallmark “RB Sterling”.
