This gemstone is a beautiful deep lime green with black spider web matrix. This cabochon was cut from a natural fossil psuedomorph clam from the Miss Moffet mine in the Candelaria Hills of Nevada. This mine has been closed for years. Only a handful of this fossil material comes out of a few mines in the world. This RARE high grade natural gemstone is a set into the piece with a heavy handmade stamped and filed bezel. The gem is accented on the horizontal edges with a beautiful flat raindrop or ball design. The piece features a heavy gauge Sterling Silver ring band which is graduated from wide to narrow behind the knuckle. The ring band features a beautiful stamped sunburst design which is accented by a corduroy stamped design around the bottom of the ring.
