Bisbee Turquoise The Bisbee Turquoise mine is located just south of Bisbee, Arizona, it is one of the most famous Turquoise mines in America. Genuine Turquoise from Bisbee is some of the rarest Turquoise on Earth. John and Estell Hartman began collecting Bisbee Turquoise in 1969 and consistently used it in their Jewelry throughout the coming years. John became good friends with Bob Mathews as well as Cecil Mickelson as they all lived in Durango. In 2001, John purchased the remaining rough Bisbee Turquoise from the descendants of both families. We have continued finding small collections to this day and believe we have one of the largest remaining collections of Bisbee Turquoise in the world.
