Outstanding Vintage Navajo Stamped Thunderbird Cerrillos Turquoise Pin or Broach Circa 1920s - 1930s. This is a very nice, and very special piece of vintage Native American Jewelry. Great stamp work! This is truly wonderful and RARE piece. centerpiece is a Deep Green piece of Natural Cerrillos Turquoise from New Mexico. This Turquoise is super historic being the first known Turquoise mine in America mine by the Anasazi Indians.
The stone measures : 13.10mm long X 9.60mm wide. Total length is 1 3/4"long X 1 3/8" wide. The pin weighs 9.9 grams.
