John added the Royston Turquoise Gemstone and the Belt Buckle hardware so it can be worn. This is a historic American Indian Jewelry item and it comes with its original carved stone that it was cast into by the Navajo Native American Indian that originally made the piece in the late 1940’s to the early 1950’s.
