Extra large Victorian style Sugilite and Royston Turquoise pendant by John Hartman. This modern style two stone American Turquoise and Sugilite, sterling silver pendant features one freeform cut, massive, blue Royston Turquoise cabochon and is topped by one oval cut, royal purple Sugilite cabochon. These two natural gemstone cabochons are separated by sterling silver filigree designs and a rope or cable design. This sterling silver and Royston Turquoise pendant is hung from a large sterling silver bale that would easily accommodate a large sterling silver chain or small bead necklace. This sterling silver, Sugilite and Royston Turquoise pendant would be a show stopping start to a Turquoise jewelry collection or an addition to a silver jewelry collection that would take it over the top. This Victorian style silver and Turquoise pendant was artisan handmade in Durango, Colorado USA and is stamped “Royston Turquoise” and hallmarked “Durango Silver Company .925 and J. Hartman”.
The top stone ( Sugilite )measures : 8.71mm high X 13.44mm wide. The bottom stone ( Royston Turquoise ) measures : 43.33mm long X 31.40mm wide. The pendant weighs 36 grams. Total length is 3 1/4 inches long ( including the bale ) X 1 1/4 inches wide.
